We can measure the Seebeck-coefficient and the electrical conductivity of various thermoelectric materials. The device is fully automatic and can measure up to a maximum temperature of 1500°C.

The chamber is utilized to examine the impact of humidity, temperature, and light on samples. These chambers enable the creation of either constant or dynamic variations in conditions. This chamber can be used for accelerated testing too.

4-probe measurement setup

A customized setup is used to measure the sheet resistance of thin films or substrates by forcing current through two outer probes and reading the voltage across the two inner probes.
